The following posts are for the LONG POSE FIGURE STUDY project. Painting done over 4 days of final week. Parameters for project:

1. Must be 18" x 24" or larger
2. Must use COLOR
3. Must be done in PAINT (choice of medium and ground left to individual students)
4. Must turn in COMPLETE COMPOSITION and statement on final day of the week.
5. Must be done from life. Model static for 20 hours. USE TIME WISELY

PART ONE:
1. Must copy a figurative piece in achromatic greys
2. Master work must be graphic in nature (2-D, no digital or photography)
3. Must be figurative

PART TWO:

1. Must maintain tonal range, mark-making, compositional integrity, and aesthetic of your master
2. Must look as if your master study came from your master's studio.
3. Must be figurative
4. Must be done from life
